The cottage of the Muchette is open all year.

You have the whole house and lot for you in every single case.
The price covers the cost of renting the house out loads.

3 rental opportunities.

Week: Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning 15 h 10 am
Weekend: Friday afternoon to Sunday evening.
Midweek: Monday through Friday 10 pm

The rental price is firm for 15 people.

To book we ask 30% deposit. (Your data will be blocked on the schedule).
A month before we send you a rental contract you signed with us return the balance as well as two checks.


(Cheque Deposit 300 € + € 70 cleaning check.)
checks and cleaning deposit will be returned at the end of tenancy, if the house is returned in the same state as the arrival.

Rental charges:

Weekend breaking during school holidays.

If during a holiday period you see that the schedule indicates free 10 days before the date we will ask you a quote on weekends.

Make a giant paella! Possibility rent the whole paella (with a bottle burner gas stove up the + 60 cm) for 20 to 22 people . € 20

Validation of stay after contact.

Then you must confirm your stay by sending us a check for reserving an amount of 30% deposit. The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of this deposit and dates will be blocked on the schedule.

Signature of the contract.

Then one month before the date of your stay you will receive a lease and plans to access the cottage. After signing
you return balance of the holiday along with 2 checks (300 € deposit Guarantee € 70 cleaning deposit). (Note that the deposit check will not be cashed).

Lease Terms:

You can rent the cottage a week during school holidays. Rent possible
home at weekends outside of the holidays.

What should you bring for your stay ?

The cottage is well equipped with comforts necessary for you to have a good holiday. But remember:

• your sheets and pillowcases. (Except rent)
• apples for cooking.
• your towels.
• pellets for 3 in 1 dishwasher
• cleaning products.
• trash bags.
